Simple Pheasant Tail
Hook: Nymph Style
Threas: Assorted Colors
Tail: Pheasant tail (butt ends left long over eye of hook)
Ribbing: Fine wire (gold, silver, copper etc)
Body: Pheasant tail (butt ends left long over eye of hook after wrapping body)
Thorax: Thread
Wing case: Butt ends of the pheasant tail pulled back over the thorax and secured with tying thread
Tying Notes
Pheasant tail: Use different colors and different fibers from different birds
Thorax: I used thread but the torax can be tied using tinsel, spanflex, uni-stretch, dubbing etc
