Tail - Dyed red hackle fibers or marabou
Ribbing - Flat silver tinsel
Body - Black floss or uni stretch
Throat - Dyed red hackle fibers or marabou
Wing - White marabou
Eyes - Painted black over yellow
Wing can be marabou, bucktail, calf tail or feathers
Jungle cock feathers can be used as cheeks in lieu of painted eyes
