Tag - Fine oval silver tinsel

Tail - Fluorescent red hackle fibers

Body - Purple yarn ribbed with silver tinsel 

Wing - Fluorescent white bucktail

Throat - Guinea hen fibers

Hackle - Fluorescent red tied as a collar over the wing and throat

Surgeon General (Green)

Use oval silver tinsel for the tag and fluorescent green for the shellback; it is otherwise identical to the Surgeon General (Yellow)

Surgeon General (Light)

Identical to the Dark except the body is a very light fluorescent purple, a lilac shade

Surgeon General (Yellow)

Tag - Fine oval silver tinsel

Tail - Fluorescent red hackle fibers

Body - Purple yarn  with a piece of white chenille tied in at the tail, brought over the back and tied down at the head (shellback)

Wing - Fluorescent white bucktail over fluorescent yellow bucktail, evenly divided

Throat - Guinea hen fibers

Hackle - Fluorescent red tied as a collar over the wing and throat
