Don Martinez originated this pattern and claimed the fly, when moving fast, would almost always bring fish to the landing net.
Hooks - Mustad 3399 or equivalent
Thread - Gray
Tail - Blue dun hackle barbs
Ribbing - Oval gold tinsel
Body - Dubbed with muskrat fur
Hackle - Blue dun tied on as a collar and tied back
Wings - Gray squirrel tail hair
