Ribbing - Flat silver tinsel
Body - Fluorescent orange chenille
Hackle - Fluorescent fire orange tied on as a collar and tied back and down
Wing - Sparse white bucktail tied over the body, with an over wing of white marabou
Topping - Small bunch of pearl Flashabou Accent
Cheeks - Jungle cock eyes or substitute
