Hook - Wet or streamer style (10-16) 

Thread - Black 

Tail - Red duck quill strip 

Body - Flat silver tinsel 

Hackle - Badger 

Wing - Duck quill, married sections of red, black, and white (white forms the top portion of the wing) (White over black over red)

Author's remark 

This pattern is also tied as a streamer fly. Like the Parmachene Belle and other brightly colored flies, it is used primarily for brook trout.
