Hook - Mustad 9761, 9762 or equivalent
Thread - Black
Tail - Grizzly or badger hackle tips (2, divided)
Ribbing - Oval silver tinsel 
Body - Flat silver tinsel
Thorax - Black chenille or peacock herl
Hackle - Grizzly or badger hackle palmered over thorax

Hook - Mustad 9671, 9672 or equivalent
Thread - Brown
Tail - Furnace or dark brown hackle tips (2, divided)
Ribbing - Oval gold tinsel 
Body - Flat gold tinsel
Thorax - Brown chenille 
Hackle - Furnace or dark brown hackle palmered over thorax

Glad to see that you are also interested in "OLD" patterns. This was very popular pattern in the 1050s and 1960s here in Colorado. It was especially effective at Dillon Reservoir when it was first built. It also was very effective in the lakes in the Derby Flattops (now Flat Tops Wilderness Area). Great blog!!!
