Body - Chartreuse vernille or small chenille
Shellback - Fine natural deer body hair
Head - Fine natural deer body hair clipped short
Tying note - The tail, shellback and the head are made with the same bunch of fine deer body hair. Change the color of chenille if desired.

I don't know why, but being a weightless pattern, without any flash added, nor eyes or legs got me amazed. Just tied one in full olive and look impressive. Is there any other information on this pattern? Origin? Developer? Target species? Year?
