Poor man's jungle cock can be made from a guinea hen feather.
Look for a feather that has a white dot centered on the
feathers stem and trim away excess feather fibers leaving an imitation as
pictured in the second photo.
Use a yellow marker and color the white dot.
Some guinea hen feathers will have smaller spots resulting in smaller imitation feathers
