Thread - Red
Tip - Gold tinsel and scarlet floss
Tail - Golden pheasant crest - dash of blue
Ribbing - Oval silver tinsel
Body - Silver tinsel
Hackle - Blue and guinea
Wing - Turkey over teal over blue over yellow
Trout - Ray Bergman
I cheated. As hard as I tried, I just couldn't get turkey to marry teal.
So, I just used the teal as a side feather.

They nice Norm. Cheat or not, this fly just pops. Many old timers had to have the "Silver Doctor". This was the fly for bigger fish. Sometimes wonder how they got the colors. Again they nice. Karl
